Robert N. Stavins (1948), American economist and the A. J. Meyer Professor of Energy & Economic Development at the Harvard Kennedy School. His major works include The Welfare Economics of Alternative Renewable Resource Strategies (2018), Post-Kyoto International Climate Policy: Implementing Architecture for Agreement (2010), and The Political Economy of Environmental Regulation (2004). His fields of specialization are environmental economics and policy.
